When In Doubt - Try Dumbbells!

Finishing a one-hand swing with a 151-pound dumbbell - back in the original Dino Dungeon.

Hail to the Dinosaurs!

Couple of quick notes, and then we'll talk
training.

The new swag includes Dinosaur Training
shirts and coffee mugs - a great looking
Sig Klein coffee mug - and much more!

2. The May Dino Files

. . .  is running late  - because I've been
buried in a very big, unexpected project.
But it should be ready soon - and I'll send
an email when it's ready to go.

This issue has a terrific Challenge Workout
that you're going to want to try - as well as
some great "from the trenches" articles by
older Dinos - and a deep dive into one of
the most popular training programs of the
1940's and 50's - with some interesting
and effective ways to incorporate it into
your current program.

In other words, fun stuff, good stuff and
Dino stuff. Be looking for it soon - and be
ready for a very good issue of non-stop
Dino-mania.

3. My New Course

I've got a brand new training course out,
and it's a good one.

It covers old-school arm training - not the
pump stuff, but the kind of training that
builds plenty of strength and power.

It's based on Doug Hepburn's workouts -
and Hepburn, you may remember, was
the only man in history to set World
records in:

1, The bench press

2. The military press

3. The barbell curl

Which kind of proves that he had pretty
strong arms - and that's why I based
this course on his unique and effective
arm training techniques.

It comes in a downloadable and printable
PDF - and you get a special bonus with it -
four workout charts. You can print them
out, make copies and use them to keep
track of your workouts.

4. When In Doubt, Try Dumbbells!

That's the title of an article by Harry
Paschall - and Harry sure as heck
knew what he was talking about.

If your training is in a rut, try dumb-
bells.

If you're trying to increase your military
press and nothing seems to work, try
dumbbells.

If you want to slap some serious muscle
onto your arms and shoulders, try dumb-
bells.

If you're looking for a perfect set-up for
home gym training, try dumbbells.

If your shoulders are sore and beat up
from years of living and lifting, try
dumbbells.

If you're looking for a good cardio work-
out that doesn't involve running, jogging,
or any kind of expensive cardio machine,
try dumbbells.

If you're looking for something that's
perfect for your son or daughter when
they want to start training, try dumbbells.

If you're looking for something that you
can do pretty much anywhere - including
outside in the sun and fresh air - try
dumbbells.

If you're looking for something that will
keep you young, strong, well-coordinated,
and athletic as you add candles to your
birthday cake, try dumbbells.

If you're looking for something that the
old-timers used to use - something that
gives you a direct link to Sandow, Saxon,
Grimek, Stanko, Klein, Hoffman, Paschall,
Hepburn, Davis and Anderson - try
dumbbells.

In short, dumbbells are great for pretty
much anything.

Of course, you have to use them the right
way - which is why I wrote a complete
book on old-school dumbbell training.

It's called Dinosaur Dumbbell Training -
and it's a really good one - for pretty
much anyone.

The exercises in Dinosaur Dumbbell
Training will build plenty of strength,
muscle and power - and the workouts
in the book (there are 50 of them) are
all fast, fun and effective.

Also - if you'd like me to sign your book
for you - just ask for an autograph when
you place your order. There's no charge
for an autograph - it's an honor to be
asked for one - and it will make your
book all the more special.

As always, thanks for reading and have
a great day. If you train today, make it
a good one.

Yours in strength,

Brooks Kubik
