Hail to the Dinosaurs!
In 1953, a thickly muscled Canadian
powerhouse named Doug Hepburn won the
World Weightlifting Championship.
His victory garnered him the official
title of The Strongest Man in the
World.
Hepburn was the first of the BIG men
in the SuperHeavyweight Class. He
ushered in an entirely new era
in weightlifting -- the era of
the giants.
Hepburn's massive muscular size and
enormous physical strength came as
the result of a specialized training
program combined with a special weight
gaining diet. He didn't just grow up
to be a human Hercules. He worked for
it. And his training program gave him
the ultimate in strength and muscle
mass.
I've always been a big fan of Doug
Hepburn, and so it was no surprise
when he became the first man I covered
in my new training courses, History's
Strongest Men and How They Trained.
(John Grimek was no. 2 in the series,
and that's no surprise, either.)
You can learn all about Doug Hepburn's
special training program for ultimate
strength and muscle mass in volume 1 of
History's Strongest Men and How They
Trained. But if you order the course
and put it into action, be warned --
you may need a whole new wardrobe
pretty soon!
As always, thanks for reading and have
a great day. if you train today, make
it a good one!
Yours in strength,
Brooks Kubik
