The Youngest Oldest Dinosaur Contest

At age 61, with over 50 years of training, I barely qualify as a younger older Dinosaur. Some of our Dinos have been hitting the iron for 50, 60 or 70 years - and they're still hitting the iron, even in their 80s!

Hail to the Dinosaurs!

Two quick notes and then we'll talk iron - as
in, the youngest oldest Dinosaur contest.

1. Going Fast!

We're near the end of the run for Strength,
Muscle and Power - and I'm not going to
print any more for awhile - maybe not
ever - so now's the time to grab a copy:

2. Train With John Grimek!

My John Grimek training course is one of
my most popular courses. Do you have a
copy?

If not, go here to grab the little monster:

3. The Youngest Oldest Dinosaur Contest

Over the past couple of weeks I've received
comments, feedback or updates from a number
of our younger older Dinos.

I call them younger older Dinos because they're
up there in chronological years - as in, over 70 -
or even over 80 - but they've been training for
a very long time, which keeps them young.

And they're still training - doing Olympic lifting,
Trap Bar deadlifts, and all the other good stuff -
and having lots of fun doing it.

So I thought I'd ask for some feedback, up-
dates, and workout reports from our younger
older Dinos - as in, age 60 and up.

And in particular, from the Dinos age 70 and
up.

Or age 80 and up.

Let us know what you're doing and how you're
feeling - and how long you've been training.

It's not really a contest, and there won't be
a winner - because anyone who's been tossing
the iron for 50 or 60 years is already a
winner.

But it's good information for the rest of the
Dinos.

Especially the younger Dinos.

I want to encourage them to make a strong
commitment to lifelong training - and to shoot
to be hitting the iron at age 60, 70, 80 and
beyond.

So if you're a younger older Dino, don't be
shy - send me an update!

Yours in strength,

Brooks Kubik
