Analysis Paralysis -- Break Out of it!

Hail to the Dinosaurs!

Vol. 3 in my new series of Dinosaur Training
courses is printed and has been shipped to
everyone who ordered the little monster
during our pre-publication special.

It's also available as a Kindle e-book on
Amazon, where it zoomed up to no. 1 on
the top 10 list in its category in something
like 24 hours.

So lots of Dinos have been reading the
course -- which is good.

But some Dinos have run into the old
Analysis Paralysis problem -- which is
not good.

Here's what happened.

The new course covers a variety of different
progression systems to help make steady
gains without hitting sticking points, burning
out or going stale.

It covers the best progression systems to
use when you begin your training, and then
covers 10 different progression systems
for intermediate and advanced trainees.

Why 10 different systems?  Why not just
one?

Because we're all different, and different
progression systems work better for different
people.

And some Dinos do best if they switch back
and forth between different progression
systems in different training cycles. In
other words, you use one for six to twelve
weeks, and then you use a different system
in your next six to twelve week cycle.

So the last thing in the world that I would
ever do is to give you a course that says:
"Here is what EVERYONE has to do!"

Instead, I give you options, explain the
pros and cons of the different systems,
and let YOU decide which system to try.

And I make one thing abundantly clear:
The only way to find what works best for
YOU is to try something for a six to twelve
week cycle and see how it works.

At the end of the training cycle, review
your results, and decide whether to stick
with what you've been doing or to try
something else.

Over time, this sort of rational trial and
error process teaches you what works
best for YOU -- and that's something that
only YOU can determine. I can give you
ideas, suggestions and tips, but YOU need
to test them.

But that part of the message gets lost
sometimes. I can see it in the emails I've
been getting.

I've been getting a number of emails from
Dinos who say their heads are spinning
and they don't know where to start.

So here's the answer -- if you're a beginner,
start with the beginner program.

If you're an intermediate or advanced trainee,
you can start with ANY of the other programs.

They ALL work.

Don't overthink things and struggle to try to
select 'the best" of the progression systems.
Make a decision, pick one, and get going. Start
light and easy, follow the progression as outlined,
don't get greedy and don't try try to rush things.
You'll do fine!

Let me repeat that -- start LIGHT AND EASY
and aim for slow but steady progress. Do NOT
rush things. All of the progression systems in
the course are SLOW COOKING systems. Give
them time.

As always, thanks for reading, and have a
great day. If you train today, make it a good
one!

Yours in strength,

Brooks Kubik
