How to Stay Up to Date with Everything at Dinosaur Training Headquarters!

If Reg Park were alive today, I like to think that he'd be a member of the Strength Secrets and Dinosaur Training Facebook groups - and that he'd be reading each and every issue of The Dinosaur Files newsletter as it comes out - and perhaps even writing articles for The Dinosaur Files!

Hail to the Dinosaurs!

You may wish to bookmark this Blog post,
because it has a lot of important links and
important info for you.

I've been getting a lot of questions from
readers along the lines of:

"Let me know when you release Gray Hair
and Black Iron on Kindle!"

(Note: I also get the same question about
every book we have that is not yet available
in Kindle format.)

"How is your training going?"

"How is your diet going - what are you eating -
how is it working for you?"

"What are you lifting now?"

"Are you still squatting?"

"How do you feel now that you are in the 60-
plus crowd - have you changed how you train?"
"Where are you training now?"

"Are you still doing OL training or are you doing
other things?"

"What do you think about John Wood's Bone
Strength Project?"

"Do you ever do Bone Strength training?"

"Let me know when the next issue of The
Dinosaur Files comes out."

"Can you share some photos of your home
gym?"

"Are you still selling duplicate copies of old
books and magazines? Do you have anything
left in stock?"

(Note: yes, we do - and we'll be selling them
beginning next week - so be on the lookout
for more updates!)

"Do you have any old issues of Peary Rader's
IronMan magazine or Bob Hoffman's Strength
and Health for sale?"

(Note - yes, we do - pls email me if you're
interested.)

"Have you and Trudi moved to the Pacific
Northwest yet?"

(Note: not yet - but that's why I'm selling all
of my duplicate books and magazines - I can't
take them with me when we move.)

All of these questions are different - but all of
them are also similar.

They're all asking for updates and reports on
what's going on at Dino Headquarters.

Of course, you can find the answers to these
and many similar questions in the usual places -
as well as some new ones. We do an awful lot
to try to keep you updated and informed.

For example . . .

1. My Daily Emails.

I always send one or two (or three) emails every
day. If you don't get an email for a day or two,
you may have dropped off the email list. That
happens sometimes, and we never know why.

I blame cyber gremlins. There's no other
explanation.

If several days ever pass and you don't get an
email, you probably dropped off the list. If that
happens, go to the Dinosaur Training website
and sign back up for the emails.

If you have any problems or questions, shoot
me an email.

Also - if you change email addresses, be sure
to sign back up so we send your emails to your
new email address - or send me an email and
ask me to update your email in the mailing
system we use.).

2. The Dinosaur Training Blog.

As a back-up, I post all of my daily emails at
the Dinosaur Training Blog.

You can link to the Blog through the drop-
down menu on the landing page of my web-
site. Or just Google for it - it's easy to find.

If you miss an email, go to the Blog and read
it there:

http://dinosaurtraining.blogspot.com/

BTW, the Blog posts have photos you won't
see in my emails - so it's fun to check them
out from time to time.

3. Friend Me on Facebook.

Friend me on Facebook, and follow me there.
I post links to the Dinosaur Training Blog on
Facebook, and share lots of other interesting
things.

But note - Facebook has changed its algorithm,
and you won't see my posts unless you look
for and interact with them - meaning that
you hit LIKE and SHARE and that you add
COMMENTS.

Apparently, Mark Zuckerberg is NOT a
Dinosaur.

4. Join the Strength Secrets and
Brooks Kubik - Dinosaur Training
Facebook Groups.

John Wood has created a special PRIVATE
Facebook group called Strength Secrets.

I'm a member - and I post there regularly -
so you can find me (and many of your fellow
Dinos) by joining the group.

Go here to apply for membership - and tell
John I sent you:

https://www.facebook.com/groups/strengthsecrets/

Given the new Facebook algorithm (and
remember, MZ is NOT a Dinosaur), this
is much better than just friending me
on Facebook. (In other words, do both.)

Following John's lead, Bill Hinbern and
I are moderating a similar Facebook
Group (also a PRIVATE group) called
Dinosaur Training - Brooks Kubik.

Go here to apply for membership:

https://www.facebook.com/groups/85968831897/

5. Follow Me on Instagram.

I post tons of fun photos on Instagram:

https://www.instagram.com/brooks_kubik/?hl=en

6. Let Amazon Keep You Updated.

If you buy one of my Kindle books, Amazon
will send you update emails as we release
new books in the Kindle bookstore.

That's yet another way to stay on top of
things - although it only works if you read
Kindle books.

Which reminds me - Here's a link to
all of my books on Kindle - there are
25 of them right now, with many more
to come:

http://www.brookskubik.com/kindle.html

And of course, it works even better if you
browse around on my Kindle pages, look
for anything you might not already have,
and (most of all) if you post reviews for
my Kindle books.

7. Read The Dinosaur Files!

I do a lot of special updates and reports in
The Dinosaur Files newsletter. I figure that
the Dinos who pay for the newsletter (not
that each issue costs very much) are entitled
to get the latest and most detailed updates
on what we're doing here - including new
workouts, new equipment, and new training
ideas.

Go here for the two most recent issues:

July-August Dinosaur Files

http://www.brookskubik.com/dinosaurfiles-julyaugust2018.html

May-June Dinosaur Files

http://www.brookskubik.com/dinosaurfiles-mayjune2018.html

You can grab earlier issues here:

587 Pounds of Books and Magazines

Last month we sold 587 pounds of books and magazines - including many rare issues of Strength and Health, IronMan and other classic magazines.

Hail to the Dinosaurs!

Last month we sold 587 pounds of books
and magazines.

I know, because we pay by weight to ship
them.

We sent two big shipments of old books
and magazines to two different collectors.

A pallet load to each one.

We sold the very last copy of Strength, Muscle and Power last month - and we're not doing another printing any time soon. Keep reading and I'll explain why.

Plus, we completely sold out of Strength,
Muscle and Power.

And we filled tons of smaller orders.

I have a huge Iron Game library, with
tons of duplicates, and I'm selling the
duplicate and triplicate items because
Trudi and I are planning to move some-
time in the not-too-distant future.

Perhaps out to the Pacific Northwest,
perhaps elsewhere - we'll see - and
maybe we'll just travel and try a few
different places.

I can't take all of it with me - and I don't
want to bury anything in a storage unit -
so I'm working hard to find good homes
for it all.

That's also why we're not reprinting
Strength, Muscle and Power.

The last thing I need right now is another
2,000 books to store.

And it's why we sold out of Black Iron:
The John Davis Story and didn't print
any more.

We sold our last copy of Black Iron: The John Davis Story in 2017, and we're not doing another printing.
It's also why we're selling our Dinosaur
Training t-shirts at the Retro-Strength
Shop
. We don't have to keep a big inven-
tory of shirts.

So - five things which people keep
asking me:

Q. Do you have any copies of Strength,
Muscle and Power left?

A. No, we're all sold out.

But Bill Hinbern still has some - not many,
but *some* - so if you want one, grab it
from him:

If you act fast, you may be able to grab a copy of Strength, Muscle and Power from Bill Hinbern - but he doesn't have many left, so if you want one, contact Bill asap!

http://superstrengthtraining.com/strength-muscle-and-power-brooks-kubik

Q. Are you running low on any of your
other books?

Yes, we're getting near the end for the
Legacy of Iron books.

The 1,000 Pound Total is book 3 in the Legacy of Iron series. We still have full sets of all five books in the series - but not too many of them - and we're not going to print any more. If you want to grab a set, shoot me an email.
If you need one or more to complete your
set, shoot me an email and let me know
where you live and what you need - and
I'll work up a shipping quote for you.

For this and many other Dinosaur training t-shirts - as well as other cool strongman stuff - go to the Retro-Strength Shop at https://www.retrostrength.com/
 Q. Do you still carry Dinosaur Training
shirts?

A. We do, but you have to order them
from The Retro-Strength Shop:

https://www.retrostrength.com/

Head over, take a look around and
see what looks good - there are many
different Dino shirts and many other
cool strongman shirts.

Old mags from the 1940's - crammed with rare photos and priceless training advice!

Q. Do you have a list of your duplicate
old books and magazines for sale?

A. I'm working on one, but another
collector gets the first look at it.

After that, I'll start selling everything
on the list item by item.

I'll keep you updated by email.

Q. Are you going to keep on running
the Dinosaur business after you move?

A. Yes, I will. You know what they say -
once a Dino, always a Dino.

But we'll be moving more and more to
Kindle and PDF books and courses -
just because we won't be able to
keep a big inventory with us - so
if there are things on your wish
list and you want them in hard-
copy editions, grab them sooner
rather than later.

You can find everything right here
at Dino Headquarters:

Chalk and Sweat is one of our most popular training books. Right now, we have about three boxes left - which sounds like a lot, but they'll go fast - so if you want a copy, grab it now.

Have a Great Weekend, Everyone!

Wherever you are, I hope you've been having a great weekend full of sun, fresh air, good fun, great company and some terrific workouts!

Hail to the Dinosaurs!

I hope everyone is having a very happy
Memorial Day weekend here in the USA -
and a very happy weekend wherever you
may be as you read this.

I also hope you're getting some sun and
fresh air, eating plenty of good food, and
doing some hard and fun training.

Here at Dino Headquarters, we've been
having a lot of fun - working on a big
project - working on the May issue of
The Dinosaur Files strength training
newsletter - and having some great
workouts with a pair of terrific dumb-
bells that a friend put together for me.

He has a lot of old York equipment,
including lots of collars, and he used
them to put together the best set of
adjustable dumbbell handles I've ever
seen.

My new dumbbells look just like the ones in this advertisement for a York Big 10 Special - and they feel great - perfect balance - solid, rugged and totally old-school.

They look just like the old dumbbells
that Bob Hoffman used to sell - the
ones that John Grimek is using in all
the photos you see in the old issues of
Strength and Health.

They're a link to the past - and they
work great - and feel perfect for any
exercise i do with them.

So I've been having a very, very good
time in my workouts.

Lots of sweat and lots of fun.

Anyhow, as I said, I hope YOU have
been having a great weekend - and
I hope that today is another good
one for you.

Yours in strength,

Brooks Kubik

How to Save Some Clams!

We just had another increase in postage rates - and rates for international mail are sky-double-high - so we're doing everything possible to help save you clams on shipping charges. Here are somethings that may help, depending on where you live and what you want to order.

Hail to the Dinosaurs!

We just had another increase in postage
rates - and that means that postage for
international orders is sky-double-high.

However, we can do some things to help
you save clams on postage.

1. Order several books and courses.

The cost per item is usually a lot lower
if you order two or more books or
courses, so order two or three at a time.

2. Ask me for a shipping quote.

Before placing your order, ask me to
give you a shipping quote using First
Class Mail International. It may lower
the cost significantly, depending on
where you live and what you order.

3. Check our PDF and Kindle
options.

Some but not all of our books and
courses are now available in PDF or
Kindle editions. So if you want to
grab something with ZERO shipping
charges, look for the Kindle or PDF
options.

Right now, we have something like
25 books and courses in the Kindle
bookstore - including the Dinosaur
Files and the Dinosaur Files Quarterly -
and we have about the same number
of PDF books and courses - including
the new monthly Dinosaur Files
newsletter.

If you can't find something, or if you
have a question, shoot me an email.

To see all of our Kindle books, go
here:

http://www.brookskubik.com/kindle.html

To see our PDF books and courses, go
to our products page and scroll down
to the special section for PDF products
with electronic delivery:

http://www.brookskubik.com/products.html

The February issue of The Dinosaur
Files
newsletter hasn't made it to the
list of PDF products yet - but you can
grab it right here:

Another Busy Week!

We cracked open the final case of Strength, Muscle and Power this week - so if you want a copy, now's the time to act.

Hail to the Dinosaurs!

It's been another busy week in Dino Land -
so I thought I should do a quick re-cap for
you.

1. I opened an eBay store.

The first item for sale is a killer issue of Peary
Rader's old IronMan magazine from 1967 -
and the bidding ends tomorrow, so if you're
interested in grabbing it, head on over and
make your bid asap:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/232661358800?ssPageName=STRK%3AMESELX%3AIT&_trksid=p3984.m1558.l2649

I'll be adding some more items over the
weekend - be on the lookout for them.

QUICK UPDATE - I'm posting this on
Saturday after sending it to my email
list on Fri - so there's only about two
hours left on the bidding.

2. John Wood opened The Retro
Strength
Store!

It features t-shirts, mugs and all kinds of
great stuff, including FIVE different John
Grimek t-shirts, TWO different Russian
kettlebell t-shirts, Bosco coffee mugs,
and a "Joe Kinney No. 4 close" t-shirt.

Go here to check it out:

https://www.retrostrength.com/shop/

3. The Strength Secrets Facebook
Group
Blew Up!

We had tons of Dinos join the group, and
the posting and discussion has been great.

Go here to join us:

https://www.facebook.com/groups/strengthsecrets/

4. I cracked open the very last case of
Strength, Muscle and Power.

Not sure how many are left right now, but
it's somewhere between "Not many, and
they're going fast!" and "Sorry, they're
all gone."

We're not doing a reprint any time
soon - and perhaps not ever - so this
is your last chance to grab a copy:

http://www.brookskubik.com/strength_muscle_power.html

5. John Wood released a brand new
strongman coffee mug.

This one is "Coffee with Louis Cyr" - and
the design is pretty darn good - take a
look and see for yourself:

https://www.oldtimestrongman.com/louiscyr-mug-01.html

And I think that wraps it up. There may
have been more, but that's  all I can
remember right now.

Anyhow, it's been a heck of a busy week -
and next week is probably going to be
just as busy!

Yours in strength,

Brooks Kubik

BEFORE YOU LEAVE . . .

We have more than 25 Dinosaur Training books and courses in the Kindle bookstore - here are several of them - head on over and take a look at the others:

How to Stay Up To Date on What's New at Dinosaur Training Headquarters!

I work hard in my workouts - but I work just as hard to keep you up to date on everything that's happening at Dino Headquarters. Here's how to stay up to date with me.

Hail to the Dinosaurs!

You may wish to save this email, because it
has a lot of important links and important
info for you.

"Can you share some photos of your home
gym?"

"Do you have any old issues of Peary Rader's
IronMan magazine or Bob Hoffman's Strength
and Health for sale?"

"Have you and Trudi moved to the Pacific
Northwest yet?"

"Are you still selling duplicate copies of old
books and magazines? Do you have anything
left in stock?"

Also - if you change email addresses, be sure
to sign back up so we send your emails to your
new email address.

COMMENTS.

Apparently, Mark Zuckerberg is NOT a Dinosaur.

4. Join the Strength Secrets Facebook
Group.

John Wood has created a special PRIVATE
Facebook group called Strength Secrets.

I'm a member - and I post there regularly -
so you can find me (and many of your fellow
Dinos) by joining the group.

Go here to apply for membership - and tell
John I sent you:

https://www.facebook.com/groups/strengthsecrets/

Given the new Facebook algorithm (remember,
MZ is NOT a Dinosaur), this is much better
than just friending me on Facebook. (In
other words, do both.)

I should also mention that there are other
Dinosaur Training or Old School Training sites
on FB - but this is the only one I post at.

5. Follow Me on Instagram.

I post tons of fun photos on Instagram:

https://www.instagram.com/brooks_kubik/?hl=en

6. Let Amazon Keep You Updated.

If you buy one iof my Kindle books, Amazon
will send you update emails as we release new
books in the Kindle bookstore.

That's yet another way to stay on top of
things - although it only works if you read
Kindle books.

Here's a link to take you to all of my books

Do you have a copy of my Old-School Strength A and A? If not, you can grab it right here:

Wow, What a Week!

Not sure how it happened, but this photo broke my Instagram account - which was only one of the wild things that happened this week.

Hail to the Dinosaurs!

It's been a heck of a busy week, with a ton of
great new stuff for the Dino Nation.

So I thought I'd catch up on things for you,
and put all the links in one email.

1. Coffee With Sandow.

John Wood launched something new and fun -
a series of strongman coffee mugs - the first
featuring none other than Eugene Sandow:

https://www.oldtimestrongman.com/sandow-mug.html

2. The Strength Secrets Facebok Group.

John Wood created a brand new, SECRET
Facebook group that fopcuses on real-world,
no-nonsense strength training, Iron Game
history, old school physical culture, etc.

Secret means it is by invitation only - not
a public group - and you need to apply
and be approved to join the group.

That's a way to limit it to serious people -
the folks like you and me - and not the
guys who talk drugs, supps and synthol
all day long.

John and I both post there - as does Bill
Hinbern - and so do many of our longtime
Dinos.

Go here to apply for membership - it's an
exclusive group, but I bet you can get in -
especially if you tell John you heard about
it here:

https://www.facebook.com/groups/strengthsecrets/

3. The January Dinosaur Files.

I released the January issue of The Dinosaur
Files newsletter. It's a great issue, with some
killer workouts.

One of them is a special program to build a
solid combination of strength and muscle
mass - with a program that's got plenty
of traditional Dino elements, along with
some interesting new twists you may not
have tried before.

It's a simple but very effective program - and
one that I've recommended to many Dinos
over the years. I think you'll like it.

Go here to grab the little monster in PDF
format:

http://www.brookskubik.com/dinosaur_files.html

The PDF is printable, so if you prefer to
have a printed copy of The Dinosaur Files,
all you need to do is grab the PDF and
print it out.

By the way, if you prefer a one-year, 12-issue
subscription, we can make that happen - just
shoot me an email and we'll get you set up.

4. My Instagram Exploded!

I posted some photos from the Dino Dungeon,
and my Instagram exploded. Go here to see
them - and hit the old LIKE and FOLLOW
buttons while you're over there:

https://www.instagram.com/brooks_kubik/?hl=en

5. I Got Buried in Trap Bar Questions!

The photos showed my trusty Trap Bar in action,
so I got buried in Trap Bar training questions -
and had to answer some of them in an email
to the Dinos. I posted it at the Dinosaur Training
Blog:

http://dinosaurtraining.blogspot.com/2018/01/the-two-most-common-trap-bar-questions.html

6. The Kindle Bookstore Went Wild!

The next thing you know, sales of my Kindle
books went sky-high - not sure why, but it was
good to see.

We have over 25 books in the Kindle bookstore
now - head on over and take a look to see if
there's anything you need to complete your
collection:

http://www.brookskubik.com/kindle.html

 7. Another New Coffee Mug!

Earlier today, John Wood released yet another
brand new coffee mug - this one featuring the
legendary Russian Lion, George Hackenschmidt:

http://www.oldtimestrongman.com/hackenschmidt-mug.html

As you can see, it was a very busy week - and the
coming week may be just as busy. Stay tuned!

Yours in strength,

Brooks Kubik

The Mail Truck Caught on Fire!

I've been running a mail order business (now mostly an internet order business) for over 20 years, and this is the first time it ever happened - but as they say, there's a first time for everything.

Hail to the Dinosaurs!

We shipped an order to one of our
Dinos in south Florida last week - and
the package still hasn't gotten there
even though we shot it out the door
by USPS Priority Mail.

According to our Endicia tracking
system, the package was "en route
to its destination."

And that's all the tracking said.

For a very long time.

Which sounded like it was not en
route.

And we weren't sure what was up.

And then we learned that a mail
truck had caught on fire some-
where around Gainesville.

Was our package on the truck?

We don't know.

But today - finally - the tracking
system shows that the package
been delayed - and that it would
be late - but that it had processed
through the USPS facility in Opa
Laka and was heading toward its
destination.

So perhaps the fire had something
to do with it.

Anyhow, since it's the Holiday Season
and lots of people are placing Christmas
orders, I thought I'd mention this - and
urge everyone to place their orders as
early as possible.

We want everyone to have a Dino
book or course of their choice (or
a couple of them) under the tree
on Christmas morning - and you
can help us make it happen by
getting your orders in right away.

Because sometimes, no matter
how hard we try, Life throws us a
curve-ball - or a USPS mail truck
with some Dino books on board
inexplicably catches fire . . .

Anyhow, please get your orders
in - it will help us get them to
you as fast as possible!

Yours in strength,

Brooks Kubik

P.S. Strength, Muscle and Power

makes a heck of a good present:

We have more than 25 Dinosaur Training books and courses in the Kindle bookstore - here are several of them - head on over and take a look at the others:

Attack of the Killer Spiders!

I've been off line for a couple of days - and here's the reason why.

Hail to the Dinosaurs!

I've been off line for several days,
and missed most of the post Turkey
Day shopping frenzy.

But I have a good excuse.

I've been bad sick.

We think it was a spider bite - on my
right ear.

I don't remember being bit - but my
right ear swelled up like a big red
balloon on Friday night - and I had
all the symptoms of a spider bite:
fever, sweating, shivering, headache,
sore joints, and a general "got hit by
a truck" feeling.

But my right ear was the worst part
of it by far.

My right ear has always been a little
bit thick and mangled from my high
school wrestling days. It's not a true
cauliflower ear, but it's definitely been
through some battles.

But when it swelled up, it went right
into full cauliflower mode.

So what hundreds of wrestlers my size
weren't able to do over a period of six
years of junior high school and high
school wrestling, a wee little spider
did in about one second.

And he probably didn't work up a
sweat doing it.

I ended up in the urgent care center
on Saturday. The doc checked me out
and put me on some heavy duty anti-
biotics.

And then I spent most of Saturday
and Sunday resting and sleeping.

Trudi has been serving me tons of
high nutrition, anti-inflammatory foods
to help the healing process - along
with plenty of anti-inflammatory green
tea with lemon juice, fresh grated
ginger, and cinnamon.

It's all helping, and I'm feeling better
today. Nowhere near 100 percent, but
better. And my ear is starting to shrink
back down to its regular size.

Anyhow, I thought I'd update you and
let you know why I've been off-line.
Of course, we're still open for business,
and you can grab any of my books and
courses right here at Dino Headquarters:

year, shoot me an email and let me know
what you'd like - where we'll be shipping
them - and how you prefer to pay for the
mags.

12 issue sets from the 1930's are $120 plus
shipping and handling.

12 issue sets from the 1940's forward are
$100 plus shipping and handling.

And that's the report. I hope YOU are doing
better than I am today - and I hope that
neither of us ever has another run-in with
one of those killer spiders.

Happy Thanksgiving from Dino Headquarters!

Happy Thanksgiving - and keep on lifting!

Hail to the Dinosaurs!

I hope that everyone has a terrific
holiday -- and that everyone has
plenty of delicious and nutritious
food -- and that everyone who
trains today makes it a good
one!

That goes double for all of our
Dinos in the military -- and triple
for military Dinos who are stationed
overseas.

And remember -- if you hit your
squats, pulls and pushes extra
hard, you get an extra big slice
of pumpkin pie!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Yours in Strength,

Brooks Kubik

Update on the November Dinosaur Files!

I'm not sure which is harder - push-pressing 302 pounds with a Christmas tree barbell or publishing a monthly strength training and Iron Game newsletter.

Hail to the Dinosaurs!

I want to give you a quick update on
the November issue of The Dinosaur
Files - and about my plans for the
Dino Files as we finish the year and
move forward into 2018.

The little monster is just about ready
to go - so be looking for an email
about it very soon.

After reviewing a lot of emails and feed-
back from the Dino Nation, we have
decided to do this:

1. The Dinosaur Files will be a monthly
newsletter.

2. Each issue will be 8 pages. That gives
you plenty of training information in each
issue, but makes it a manageable size so
I can get it out on time every month. A
longer issue is a real challenge for me -
and remember, we want to move to
the Pacific Northwest sometime in the
not too distant future, so we need to
do things that are manageable even if
we are packing, moving, traveling and
settling into a new home.

a. Especially if there are grizzly bears
in the backyard.

b. Or cougars.

c. Dr. Ken used to do a terrific little
newsletter called The Steel Tip, which
was anywhere from 4 to 8 pages an
issue. It was GREAT. So I know we
can do a lot with an 8 page newsletter.

3. It will be available in a PDF down-
load with immediate electronic delivery.

4. It will also be available as a hard-copy
that we print and mail to you - but due
to the high cost of overseas mail, that
option is only available if you live in the
USA.

5. If you live outside the USA and you
feel that you MUST HAVE a hard-copy,
shoot me an email. Perhaps we can
package several issues with a book
or course, and make the shipping
more manageable that way.

a. Or perhaps we can send three months
of issues in one package.

6. The PDF down-load will be printable.
So if you want a printed copy, you can
grab the download and then print it and
save it.

a. The PDF is the best value, by far -
and we prefer it, because it saves us
a ton of time compared to filling hard-
copy orders.

7. I know some iof you prefer a sub-
scription option. That's very difficult
for us to do with our current website
and shopping cart - but if you feel that
you MUST HAVE it, send me an email
and we'll see what we can do. I may
be able to make a special exception
for a small number of subscribers.

8. We're also gong to make the October,
2017 issue available. Many of you already
have it, because you received it as a free
bonus with vol. 2 of my Strength Training
Q and A series. If not, you'll have a chance
to grab it as a stand-alone product.

9. If you have the October issue, please
shoot me an email and let me know how
you like it. Your suggestions, comments
and feedback is important to us.

10. Any questions, shoot me an email!

Yours in strength,

Brooks Kubik

P.S. If you missed vol. 1 or vol. 2 of my
new Strength Training Q and A series,

you get the October 2017 issue of the
