As longtime Dinos may recall,
I did a little book called The
Dinosaur Strength Training
Notebook way back in 1998.
It was very popular and I
sold a ton of copies.
But it's been out of print
for a long time - perhaps
10 or 12 years. Maybe
longer.
Anyhow, a number of you
have asked me to bring it
back - so we did - in an
updated, expanded, and
revised version.
