One of the most important factors in
strength training success is something
that doesn't cost a penny.

In fact, you can't buy it.

It doesn't come in a can, a bottle, or
a pill.

No one makes it.

No one sells it.

But it makes all the difference in the
world - so much so, that it's often the
difference between success and
failure.

What is it?

It's confidence.

The firm, unchanging, unshakeable
belief that you can and WILL build
the strength and muscle that you
desire.


That your training program WILL
WORK
.

Make no mistake about it.

The difference between training with
confidence and training without it is
literally night and day.

Do everything you can to build, promote
and strengthen you confidence.

Avoid negative people. They sap your
confidence - and that's the last thing
you want.

Avoid Internet arguments and cyber-
debates. They weaken your confidence.

Don't argue about training - resolve
to do what you need to do - and then
do it.

Read positive messages and positive
influences. I include tons of them in
my books and courses - along with tons
of success stories. I do that because I
know how much they help build and
maintain the high level of confidence
necessary for your success.

Don't obsess about "things you need" -
be they supplements, equipment, or
whatever. Focus on what you have and
how to use it - and on the great results
it will bring you.

Use visualization. See yourself as a
success. Create a mental movie with
the future, soon to be, YOU as the
hero. Watch it over and over again.

Visualization is easy, and it doesn't
cost a penny - or take very much
time - but it's incredibly effective.
