What Else Is In There?

Finishing up an outdoor workout here at Dino Headquarters - so I can get back to work on the next issue of The Dinosaur Files newsletter.

Hail to the Dinosaurs!

Earlier today I sent an email noting that
the November issue of The Dinosaur Files
has a terrific article - actually, a complete
course - on neck training.

Since then, several Dinos have asked me
what else is in the November issue - and
others have asked the same question
about the October issue.

So here's the answer:

Oct 2017 Dino Files

Hail to the Dinosaurs! (My monthly
editorial and think piece)

Mesozoic Mail (correspondence and
training reports from the Dinos -
including an excellent single rep
program used by one of our long-
time Dinos)

Jurassic Jottings (odds and ends,
and interesting Iron Game factoids -
including a very effective old-school
cable program, a special note on 3-
day per week workouts, super grip
strength at age 91, the 50 x 10
program, and some amazing high
rep squatting by Joe Hise when he
was in in his 50's.)

A special 3-day per week workout
used with great success by one of
our Dinos.

Training goals for the coming year -
from Dinos around the world.

The wrap-up (closing thoughts from
your editor)

Nov 2017 Dino Files

Hail to the Dinosaurs (my editorial -
with a very important message)

Mesozoic Mail (with a fun report on
Airborne training while on combat
missions, and a report from a 73-
year old Dino)

Jurassic Jottings (including reports on
one-hand barbell lifts, outdoor training,
and the Bone Strength Project)

Which Is Better? (an original article from
your editor)

A very effective and very tough work-
out used by one of our longtime Dinos

A detailed report on sled pulling and
tire dragging workouts - as used very
effectively by one of our long-time
Dinos

The Save Your Life Neck Training
Workout (by the editor - a complete
neck training course)

The wrap-up (closing thoughts on the
importance of being strong and healthy
in today's often demanding world)

So, as you can see, we have a ton
of great training info in each issue.
