where I was doing old-school, split
style clean and jerks.
I've been doing squat style cleans and
split style snatches, but decided to work
on split style cleans for a while and see
how they work.
One of the great things about split style
lifting for older Dinos is that it makes
you move FAST.
Those feet have to really fly -- and at age
60, that's a very good thing.
