For John Grimek Fans!

The great John Grimek in one of his iconic poses.

Hail to the Dinosaurs!

If you're my age or older, you may
remember this - but if you're younger,
you may not know it at all.

There's a terrific resource for genuine,
authentic, no-nonsense training advice
from John Grimek, the Monarch of
Muscledom, and the greatest body-
builder of his generation.

What is it?

It's Muscular Development
magazine from the 60's and
70's.

You see, Grimek was the editor
of the magazine in the 60's and
70's.

In fact, it was entirely his baby.

He came up with the idea of a sister
publication to go along with Strength
and Health.

The idea was to have a magazine
to focus on bodybuilding and power
lifting, the two "new kids on the
block" that were rapidly becoming
more popular than Olympic weight-
lifting here in the USA.

Each issue has an editorial by Grimek,
a column by Grimek on posing and
photography, and a column where
Grimek answered training questions
from readers. (The Q and A column
is particularly valuable.)

Grimek never published a book or
a training course, so this is one of
the few places to go to get authentic
advice from the man that many
believe was the greatest natural
bodybuilder of all time.

The Grimek issues of Muscular
Development are hard to find -
after all, they're 40 or 50 years
old - and as time passes. they'll
get even harder to find. Some-
day, you won't be able to find
them at all.

But I have a number of them that
I'm selling as part of our big moving
sale (we're leaving Louisville and
moving to the Pacific Northwest).

If you're interested, shoot me an
email for prices and availability.
