Hail to the Dinosaurs!
I know that many of you are big fans
of bodyweight training - so I wanted to
give you a quick heads up about some-
thing very interesting - and very
effective.
One of our longtime Dinos has had great
success with what may be the simplest
bodyweight training workout of all
time.
And get this - he only does it twice a
week.
In fact, he's found that 2x a week works
better for him than 3x a week.
