Where Can You Find Real World Training Advice?

There's plenty of training advice out there - but most of it isn't very good, very effective or very useful - especially for drug-free trainees - and for people who need to balance job and family responsibilities with regular training.

Hail to the Dinosaurs!

Where do you go to find real world
training advice - meaning the kind of
advice that works for real people like
you and me?

One place to do it is in The Dinosaur
Files monthly strength training news-
letter.

Each issue is filled with my own articles
and training tips - which I like to think
qualify as real world training advice - as
well as training tips, workouts and
workout reports from your fellow
Dinosaurs.

There was a time, long ago, when everyone trained old-school - and they got great results doing it. The Dinosaur Files focuses on old-school training - and on what to do for real results.

And that gives you a goldmine of infor-
mation in every issue - because your
fellow Dinos are real people - who live,
work and train in the real world - and
who train with real weights - on real
exercises - doing real workouts.

In other words, they're not doing the
silly stuff you see on social media -
and they're not doing the over the
top fantasy stuff you see in the
mainstream muscle media.

They're doing the stuff that works -
and their advice can help you save
years of wasted effort.

In addition - and this is very important -
The Dinosaur Files covers the kind of
topics and issues you won't see any-
where else because they're not "cool"
and they don't trend:

How to come back from an injury or
illness.

How older trainees can keep on going -
and keep on gaining.

Pain-free workouts for older Dinos - or
for Dinos of any age.

How to keep on training when Life
throws you under the bus.

Exercise work-arounds to get past those
nagging dings and dents.

Training programs that work when you
have limited equipment  - or limited
time.

Training outside - at night - in the dark - with two old chairs for lifting blocks - because that's what it takes to get it done. You won't read about this sort of thing in the mainstream muscle media - but you WILL read about it in The Dinosaur Files.

For example, here's what you'll find in
the March issue of The Dinosaur
Files
:

Spatial and situational awareness - and
how it can help you save someone from
serious harm.

A reader's simple and basic workout.

No more "Bro" workouts.

Old-School advice for beginners.

A simple back rehab tip.

A unique approach to bodyweight
training.

Dino strong since 1996.

Dinos and cancer - and why I want
to punch Big C in the nose.

Some popular supplements - and
the dangers associated with them.

A pet peeve - social media "fails" -
and how they can sabotage your
training.

A  great weightlifting champion's
mental approach to competition.

A Dino's struggle with cancer - and
how he battled back - part 1 of an
incredibly inspiring 2 part article.

Things that work - tips from a long-
time Dino - including advice on squats,
anti-inflammatory self "medication",
staying motivated, warm-ups, and
more.

How Dinosaur Training cured a
reader's lifelong back problem -
another very inspiring true
story.

Sledgehammers - and how to use
them - but not the way you think -
or the way everyone else uses them.

Leg specialization for Dinosaurs -
one of the ruggedest leg training
programs you'll ever see.

The importance of small changes -
and a special 30 day challenge
for readers.

As you can see, it's a heck of an issue -
jam-packed with tons of great training
advice - with tips and workouts that you
won't find anywhere else.
