Hail to the Dinosaurs!
I needed someone to film a set
of front squats to post on
Instagram - and Trudi was
busy.
We had the granddaughters
over, and Trudi was in the
middle of a checkers game
with one of them.
"Take a break!" I said.
"I can't," she replied. "I'm
winning!"
So I had to recruit the other
granddaughter.
"How long will it take?" she
asked.
"About a minute."
She thought it over, and
decided to charge me a
quarter.
So I ended up with a short
training video that cost 25
cents to make.
